Day One

So today I started ABC. Last night as I laid in bed my mind started to torment me. Telling me how I can't ever be skinny, I can't give up cookies and chocolate. I will forever be a fat girl. But I will shock them all, I'm only guaranteeing myself 20lbs with the ABC diet. And although 20lbs lighter is definitely not Beautiful Megan. It will keep me going. To loose even more weight.

Organization

Creating  a schedule to keep you on track is always a good idea!
Following Ana Boot Camp, I've created a week of foods to keep me under my calorie limit. This makes me feel more safe with what I can eat and what I can't.

Is it bad that I'm getting truly giddy about Ana Boot Camp? Although I am going shopping later today, I feel like its going to be extremely awkward, as I live with my dad and he only really buys prepackaged shove in the microwave kind of food. I'm going to tell him I'm going on a diet... Which I am, just a unorthodox method of one. I think he'll accept my diet because he is definitely on the side of smaller Megan, but he's also not dumb... I'm afraid he'll ask me about the amount of calories I'll intake and shit like that.. but damn if it won't stop me from becoming the beautiful new me!

Tips

Fasting:

Drink Water!
2 liters a day... still exercising on your day of fasting? Make sure to keep hydrated, its calorie-less, it can only help.
Fasted all day, but you actually gained weight? It's your water weight, your body isn't obtaining enough water so it holds onto it, in fear of not receiving more, SO DRINK WATER!!

5 Simple Rules to Follow, while Dieting:

1. Never eat after 7 (Unless you work 3rd shift... Don't eat 3 hours before bed)
2. Eat your biggest meal when you wake up (Even if it's only 50 cal)
3. Exercise when you start to feel hungry
4. Eat slow, chew thoroughly
5. Stay Strong

A Day's Food:

Breakfast: Eat like a king
Lunch: Eat like a prince
Dinner: Eat like a pauper

***Not the type to have three meals? Can't get rid of that constant hunger? Eat small pieces all day, Always start of with a larger breakfast, but continue the day with little bits the rest of the day, 10 cherries for 50 calories! Spread out those cherries all day, have a Ritz cracker for lunch, Maybe a Ritz cracker and a piece of cheese for breakfast? Drink orange juice for dinner? For only about 200 calories.

Water Tips:

1. Carry a large water bottle with you at all times.
2. Lift the bottle over your head 5 times before drinking.
3. Use green tea to flavor your water.

Low Calorie Recipes

Berry Ice Cream Calories: 50
Servings: 2
Ingredients:
3 tbsp whole cranberries
1 medium peach diced and frozen (can substitute 1/2 cup frozen peaches but you lose some of the fiber)
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
1 tbsp vanilla whey protein isolate
Throw everything in a blender and blend until smooth. Can add sweetener if you’d like. It comes out almost like real ice cream and the vanilla protein gives it somewhat of a milky taste :)

Roasted Vegetable Wrap!
167 calories, 26 carbs, 6g fat, 12g protein!
The wrap is a snap to make and surprisingly filling! I make a batch of my balsamic glazed veggies each week and this is one of my favorite things to do with them! It’s great as a snack but if you want to make it a lunch try adding 2-3 Gardein Crispy Chick’n Tenders (50 calories each), or grilled chicken breast if you eat meat.
Here’s what you need:
-1 serving balsamic glazed vegetables (32 cals)
-1 laughing cow light garlic herb cheese wedge (35 cals)
-1 La Tortilla Factory Multi Grain wrap (100 cals)
Go with the low carb tortilla and you can save 50 cals. Or you can split it into two tortillas and get more protein, and fewer carbs but more fiber. Just a thought.

Starting ABC

Ana Boot Camp or ABC diet is an extreme low calorie pro-anorexia diet normally lasting 50 days. It contains 5 fast days during which the dieter is strictly not allowed to consume any calories. The rest of the days allow between 100-800 calories to take in.

I want to warn everyone that Ana Boot Camp is not a healthy way to loose weight, but anyone who is Ana's best friend, you're aware that starving works.

I will be starting ABC tomorrow on the 1st, along side an abs work out.  This challenge is a simple light work out program to help tighten your stomach, it is a 30 day program but I intend to continue with the program until my 50 days of Boot Camp are up.

Anyone who would like to join me with my path to beauty, please feel free to contact me through email, we can do this together. I would actually love a buddy to this with, so I don't break down my walls... I intend to post everyday if not at least twice a week. If your not sure about the ABC diet, I'm glad to help you all understand how I react to this and how hard it is to keep the weight off afterwards.

Stay Strong, You will reach your goals.
